Q: I'm outside of the tourist
areas,can i still get service?
A: Depending on the location
we may be able to serve you. Please consider our Poinciana base area limits, we can honor your computer mileage
estimates.
Q: Who pays the Tolls?
A: Our Customers pay the $2 to $3 to MCO Orlando Int'l Airport or $5
to $10 in tolls to SFB Sanford Int'l or Port Canaveral.
Q:
What do stops add to costs?
A: Initial $1.50 &
.50 cents per minute wait time will raise your cost.
Q:
Can the driver process my credit card?
A: No.
If it is necessary to pay by credit card it will have to be done through our website, click on Paypal. The drivers
can only accept cash.
Q: What if there is
a flight delay or train delay, etc.?
A: The itinerary service
considers most delays.
Q: What if a trip needs to be cancelled?
A: A three hour notice or more will be appreciated.
Q: Are the rates out of town different?
A: Yes. The number of miles are important to us, please have details when calling.
Q: Are there any "additional charges"?
A: BesidesTolls & Gates you may elect to Tip the driver, which is appreciated but not mandatory.
Q: Are there initial drop charges & traffic wait time
charges ?
A: Not if you advance reserve.
